About Jessica
Hi, I'm Jessica — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master's in Public Health and 20 years of experience helping people connect food, health, and real life.
My career has taken me through many corners of nutrition: from school wellness programs and community health initiatives, to culinary and lifestyle medicine, to corporate and marketing work. Each chapter gave me new perspective, but one thing became clear: midlife women were being left out of the conversation. Their unique challenges weren't being addressed in a way that was practical, evidence-based, or compassionate.
That realization led me here, to Eat. Grow. Live., a space dedicated to women in perimenopause and menopause. My approach blends the best of science with coaching and compassion. I translate research into everyday steps, helping women nourish themselves in ways that support strength, energy, hormone health, and joy.
As a mom of three and a woman navigating these transitions myself, I know firsthand that midlife is not a crisis — it's a catalyst. I believe food is more than fuel: it's memory, connection, love, and ritual. I believe progress matters more than perfection. And most of all, I believe you already know your body best.
My role is to listen deeply, demystify the science, and walk alongside you with gentle authority — offering both expertise and empathy as you write your next chapter.

Licensure & Location Note
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is currently available to women located in Michigan.
